OFCASA's new pieces are now available.
Not renders, not samples—these are the final, confirmed products. The fabrics are locked in, the craftsmanship is finished, every detail is in place. We've been preparing for this, and we're finally ready to introduce them to you: the Valda Dining Chair, the Bard Bar Stool, the Zahra Dining Chair in the new G681 fabric, and the Zahra Bar Stool.
Four new pieces, each worth a closer look. They carry forward what we've always stood for—comfortable seating, durable fabrics, and designs that hold up to everyday life. Whether placed in the dining room, living room, or kitchen, they fit right in.
Now, let's take a closer look at each of these four new members.
Designed Around What You Told Us
Every new product we develop starts with listening. Not just regarding the design ideas we have internally, but regarding the feedback that comes directly from our customers, the people who live with OFCASA furniture every day. That conversation shapes everything: the fabrics we explore, the color ways we develop, the shapes we refine.
Our Q52 fabric chair (25S005) became one of our most loved pieces, and for good reason. Customers responded to it warmly, the comfort, the clean silhouette, the way it worked across a surprisingly wide range of interiors. So naturally, we started asking: what if we took that same foundation and gave it a fresh new expression? That question led us to the G681 fabric, a material we’d been wanting to work with for some time. Lighter, fresher, with a naturally elegant drape, it opens color ways that weren’t possible before and adds a new layer of softness to our dining furniture lineup.
The refreshed 23014 collection follows a similar philosophy. It comes from the same place every good design does: paying attention to what’s working, what our customers keep coming back to, and asking how we can take it further. The result is a refined evolution rather than a reinvention, and that’s deliberate. Good contemporary home furniture doesn’t need to be reinvented every season. It needs to get better.
“Every new piece we develop starts with the same question: what do our customers actually want to come home to?”

Introducing the Valda Collection
There’s a particular quality to furniture that manages to be simultaneously comfortable and considered, pieces that invite you to sit down and stay a while, without drawing too much attention to themselves in a room. The Valda collection is that kind of furniture. Designed with a broad, ergonomic backrest, generous triple-layer seat cushioning, and a linen-effect fabric that feels as natural as it looks, these are dining chairs built for everyday life rather than occasional use.
Valda Dining Chair
· Linen-effect fabric · Triple-layer 60mm cushion · 77,000+ Martindale cycles · Oat · Brown
· Beige · 120kg capacity
The Valda Dining Chair is an upholstered armchair with a wide, embracing backrest and a seat construction that goes well beyond what you’d expect at this level. The triple-layer foam, a firm base for structure, a supportive middle layer, and a soft top layer, means the seat holds its shape over time rather than compressing flat after a few months. The linen-effect fabric has been tested to over 77,000 Martindale rub cycles, which is the highest abrasion resistance in the OFCASA range. It doesn’t pile, doesn’t fade near windows, and cleans with damp cloth.
The leg finish is one of the more considered details. A powder-coated wood-grain effect in a warm beige tone keeps the chair feeling grounded and natural rather than industrial, which matters a lot in a Scandinavian or contemporary interior where the balance between warmth and clarity is everything. Coming in Oat, Brown, and beige color ways, it’s a chair that adapts rather than demands.

Bard Bar Stool
· Linen-effect fabric · Oat color way · 65cm seat height · Ergonomic footrest · Modern dining furniture
The Bard Bar Stool brings the same design language to the kitchen island or breakfast bar, maintaining that sense of comfortable, unhurried ease that defines the chair. The sand-colored linen-effect fabric—warm and soft, pairing naturally with oak, walnut, and natural stone surfaces—wraps a well-padded seat and a broad backrest that supports you through a long morning coffee or a leisurely weekend brunch.
The footrest is positioned to reduce fatigue during extended sitting, which is something bar stools often neglect. The overall silhouette is clean and modern without being cold, this is upholstered dining furniture that happens to work at counter height, not a kitchen accessory that’s been upholstered as an afterthought. A genuinely versatile piece for any open-plan space where the kitchen and dining areas share a natural connection.
“Clean, warm, and with a touch of Japandi, the Bard collection sits effortlessly in any modern interior.”
REFRESHED COLLECTION · NEW FABRIC

A Fresh Chapter for Zahra
The Zahra family has already built a loyal following within the OFCASA range. Customers have loved its sculptural backrest, the way the cushion and back panel sit as two distinct elements with a hollow center, creating a shape that feels considered from every angle. Real people have described it as “soft, sculptural, and ridiculously comfortable,” and that’s not something you can engineer on paper. It comes from getting the proportions genuinely right.
The new G681 fabric variations introduce that same beloved silhouette in lighter, fresher color ways that were simply not achievable with the original material. The result feels like the natural evolution of a design that already works, same ergonomic curves, same generous seating, same clean contemporary lines, dressed in a fabric that opens the chair up to a broader range of interiors and styling directions. It’s the kind of update that enhances rather than replaces.
Zahra Dining Chair
· New G681 fabric · Fresh color ways · Sculptural split back · Ergonomic curves · Japandi · Scandinavian
The Zahra S Dining Chair in its new G681 fabric color ways is a genuinely appealing addition to any Scandinavian, Japandi, or contemporary dining room. The linen-effect fabric sits somewhere between the softness of bouclé and the practicality of a performance weave, it has the visual warmth you’d want in a dining space, with the durability that daily life demands.
The split cushion-and-back design remains the chair’s defining feature. It creates visual lightness without removing support, and it photographs beautifully from every angle, something that matters a great deal in open-plan homes where the dining area is always in view. The ergonomic curves along the seat and back reflect the kind of design thinking that prioritizes how a chair feels to sit in for an hour, not just how it looks in a showroom.

Zahra Bar Stool
· Linen-effect fabric · Oat & Beige color ways · Walnut leg finish · 65cm seat height · Pairs with Zahra Chair
Designed to pair directly with the Zahra S Dining Chair, the Zahra S Bar Stool brings the same split-back silhouette and natural linen-effect fabric to counter height. The Oat color way, with its walnut-patterned leg finish, creates a warm tonal combination that sits beautifully against natural wood kitchen surfaces, pale stone countertops, or matt-white cabinetry. It’s a combination that’s been particularly popular in open-plan layouts where people want a seamless visual flow between the dining table and the kitchen island.
Available at 65cm seat height with a built-in footrest and a structure tested to 120kg, the Zahra Bar Stool is premium dining furniture that also happens to be entirely practical. The linen-effect fabric wears well, cleans easily, and holds its appearance over time, meaning the fresh, considered look it brings to a kitchen on day one is still there a year later.
OUR DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Why Every New Piece Starts with You
At OFCASA, we don’t develop new products in a vacuum. The ideas that are put into production are almost always those that began with a conversation, a pattern of customer feedback, a recurring request, a response to something that clearly resonated. That process might sound slow, but it’s why our comfortable dining chairs tend to stay relevant longer than trend-driven furniture. They were designed around how people live, not around how an interior photograph looks on social media.
The Valda and Zahra collections are both products of that customer-led approach. The Q52 chair showed us where the appetite was. The G681 fabric gave us the material to take the next step. And the feedback from the existing 23014 collection told us which qualities were non-negotiable: the ergonomic curves, the generous seat depth, the fabrics that feel as good as they look and hold up to daily life without fuss.
Every color way, every fabric weight, every finishing detail goes through the same filter: does this make sense for someone who’s going to sit in this chair every day? That’s the test that matters. Not whether it photographs well (though it usually does), but whether it earns its place in a real home, with real people, through real use.
