How to clean the chair?
For daily care, we suggest you use a damp cloth to wipe it down, and if it is dirty, you can wipe it down with a cleaner. Any questions, feel free to let us know.
What should I do if I accidentally dirty the table?
Gently clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent IMMEDIATELY.

Why is the discount code not working?

Can discount codes be stacked?
No, discount codes can not be stacked. Only one discount code can be use per order. Thank you for your understanding.
Can the discount code be combined with other offers?
Discounts are usually not stackable with other promotions, but there may be exceptions during big sales such as Black Friday, as described on the event page.
Do you support returns on promotional products?
No, promotional products are not returnable.

What is the delivery time?
Generally, your package will be processed within 1-2 working days after placing the order. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Generally, orders are shipped within 4-5 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.

I only got one box of parcels. Where are the others?
If only one box of parcels is received first, no worries, the rest of the parcels are still in transit.

What payment methods do you accept? Do you accept payment in installments?
We accept credit cards(Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google pay and installments (Klarna/afterpay).
My payment failed. What should I do?
A: Check: ① Card balance/limit; ② Billing address matches bank records; ③ Try another browser/payment method. If issues persist, contact your bank or our support.④ Whether the 3DS verification has been passed ⑤ Whether you have had any experience of refusal of payment and have been classified as a high-risk user by your bank ⑥If you are using an American Express card, that card issuer may require you to send an SMS verification code to verify your identity when paying for an order over a certain amount. Non-promotional products can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days. Non-production defects will require the buyer to pay the restocking fee.

The product warranty period is one year, no warranty extension is available.
Is damage covered under warranty?
Damage caused by manufacturing defects is covered by the warranty, accidental/human damage is not included in the warranty.
Post-purchase support issues
What should I do if I receive a damaged product or package?
Please contact us at info@ofcasa.eu and take photos of the damaged product or package and photos of the product information on the side of the carton. We need to receive photos of the entire product and carton before we can follow up. Thank you for your understanding.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
