Ordered 4 Sienna chairs, 3 were damaged and after emailing they sent out another 4 chairs next day,. Told to do what I wanted with damaged ones, no drama, just great customer service. Chairs are comfortable, look good, only drawback is the feet on the legs are leaving back marks on my tiles, bought wee clear rubber and felt covers, hey presto looks great, no more marks 5 out of 5. Would use again.
