How many days to deliver?

Excluding pre-orders, the delivery time of our on-sale products is 2-4 working days. In case of force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the delivery time may be extended.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently only support UK domestic delivery, if you are in an EU country you can purchase from our EU website.(https://ofcasafurniture.de/)

What is the shipping policy?

Delivery Address

  • A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Currently, we only ship orders to the UK .Please note that we can't deliver to the Channel Islands, including Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and others. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.

Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 24 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?
  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email ( info@ofcasa.eu ) at first.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Non-returnable items:

  • On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
Return Charge
  • If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.
